When: Sunday, August 17, 2008 05:00 PM - 07:00 PM
Where: 939 25th Ave South
What: For the past 4 summers Reggie Bardach has hosted the Teahouse Concert Series in our backyard garden, at 939 25th Ave S. We've been graced with performances by Ham Carson, Jay Clayton, Greta Matassa, Susan Pascal, Brenda Bufalino, Pearl Django, and the late, great Floyd Standifer. They're very laid back, Sunday afternoon events (5-7 pm,) perfect for a family picnic (kids always welcome,) and great for just grooving for a few hours. There's a suggested donation of $10 - kids pretty much free, your choice. This year we're please to host a return engagement by Pearl Django - purveyors of that swinging Gypsy jazz - on August 17th, at 5 pm.

Please check out www.teahouseconcerts.com for more info on the jazz, and click on the "Mixed Voices" link in the upper navigation bar for more info on the spoken word event on August 15th.

RSVP for either or both at 296 325 2576
