If you've driven up Cherry recently and noticed a suspicious lack of line trucks in the Qwest building parking lot, it's because the property has been purchased by Seattle University. It's a big property, taking up the full block bordered by Cherry, Columbia, 13th, and 14th.

Seattle U website is lacking in details, but says that their facilities department will be moving in fairly quickly, and long-term plans are under discussion.
Trivia of the day: The art-deco style of the building comes from its original use as a Coca Cola bottling plant.
