It's election day! Here's the word from the streets of the East P:

10:06AM - 13th & E. Spring - Hit & Run - There's a mad man driving around in a '96 blue Ford Taurus getting in one hit & run accident after another, most recently at 13th & E. Spring.

11:50AM - 15th E & E. Thomas - Disturbance - A driver was involved in a hit & run about 30 minutes ago on Broadway, and he tracked down the other vehicle to this location where he's now in an argument with its driver. The suspect vehicle is a Charlie's Produce truck

12:22PM - 25th & E. Union - Erratic Driver - A white '95 4-door Lexus is driving erratically through the neighborhood

12:28PM - 505 E. Harrison - Narcotics Activity - Report of two men shooting up in the alley. One white male and one hispanic male.

12:57PM - 900 26th Ave - Suspicious Circumstance - Two suspicious males are sitting on a neighbor's call in the alley behind a residence

1:11PM - 400 26th E - Alarm - On the front door of a residence

1:23PM - 747 Broadway - Accident - with injuries in the Swedish parking garage. I guess if you're destined to be injured in an auto accident, a hospital parking garage would be the place to do it.

1:30PM - 1410 E. John - Disturbance - A female is harassing customers outside Safeway. Native American female, 40s.

2:02PM - 417 Broadway - Warrant Arrest - Robbery detective recognizes a suspect on the street & requests backup to make contact

2:06PM - 1500 17th Ave E - Alarm - Multiple trips inside a house

2:07PM - 1658 E. Olive Way - Shoplifting - Two men stole items from a tobacco shop and left in opposite directions. Two hispanic males

3:05PM - 500 11th Ave E - Trespassing - A squatter has set up home in an abandoned property that has a bio-hazard warning in the police system. White female.

4:09PM - 20th & E. Jefferson - Suspicious Circumstance - Man selling to vehicles that drive up. Black male, mid 20s, long red jacket with a hood and embroidery (fancy!)

4:29PM - 2700 S. King - Hit & Run - Victim in a white volvo involved in a hit & run

4:30PM - 10th & E. Thomas - Burglary - A resident interrupted a burglar. Suspect is a ~~white~~ hispanic male, 20s, black hair, green shirt. Caller is following him, now at Broadway & E. Harrison.
Update: Evidently the guy is on a bit of a crime spree. Another witness saw him break into a vehicle. Now at Broadway & E. Thomas
Update x2: The suspect entered a large brick building at 219 Broadway E
Update x3: Officers spotted him in front of the building, got into a brief struggle, took the suspect into custody. The stolen property was recovered upstairs in that building

5:07PM - 400 18th Ave E - Welfare Check - Caller reports a man wandering around, apparently disoriented, and unable to speak. White male, 20s, balding.
