Update:
Evidently the guy is on a bit of a crime spree. Another witness saw him break into a vehicle. Now at Broadway & E. Thomas
Update x2:
The suspect entered a large brick building at 219 Broadway E
Update x3:
Officers spotted him in front of the building, got into a brief struggle, took the suspect into custody. The stolen property was recovered upstairs in that building
