11:19AM - 800 James St - Hazard - A semi is rolling backwards down the hill Westbound

11:37AM - 12th Ave and E Cherry St - Accident - Two vehicle blocking accident

11:59AM - 1700 E Cherry St - Disturbance - Female refusing to get out of a cab.

12:28PM - Broadway E and E Harrison St - Assault - Man assaulted a woman on the street

1:20PM - 3200 E Spring - Safety Check - There is a two year-old girl by herself in front of Madrona School.

1:26PM - 1400 S Lane St - Shoplifting - Shoplifter in custody at Goodwill

3:47PM - 300 E Marion Seattle - Hazard - Some kind of unknown fluid has been spilled on the street

4:06PM - 31st Ave and Norman - Assault - Man assaulted a woman and fled. Witness says that he kicked and punched her as she laid on the ground and she needs medical attention. Suspect is a black male, 20s, last seen running Westbound on Norman.

4:40PM - 400 Bellevue Ave E - 911 Hang-up - Hang-up call from a residence.

5:29PM - 14th Ave and E Madison - Disturbance - Woman is harassing another woman, refusing to allow her to get into her car outside of the Bank of America. The suspect is a white female, 20s, with a bicycle.

6:08PM - 22nd Ave and E Madison - Disturbance - Woman is having trouble with her 11 year-old child and wants police to take him from her. "She can't take it anymore" and is threatening to harm him. She also has an 11 month-old, but wants to hold on to him for awhile. She is inside Safeway, waiting by the chicken. Update: The child ran off inside Safeway after hitting another child, and mom just went home. Police are trying to get mom to return to Safeway incase they find the 11 year-old. Update x2: Mom found the child and would like to cancel the previous call (police and fire responded). She was told that she could not cancel, to hang tight at her residence and police will be by shortly.

6:28PM - 100 Melrose Ave E - Suspicious circumstances - Man is trying every door handle as he walks past vehicles. Suspect is a white male, 20s, black jacket, black hat.
