Woman is harassing another woman, refusing to allow her to get into her car outside of the Bank of America. The suspect is a white female, 20s, with a bicycle.

Woman is having trouble with her 11 year-old child and wants police to take him from her. "She can't take it anymore" and is threatening to harm him. She also has an 11 month-old, but wants to hold on to him for awhile. She is inside Safeway, waiting by the chicken.
Update:
The child ran off inside Safeway after hitting another child, and mom just went home. Police are trying to get mom to return to Safeway incase they find the 11 year-old.
Update x2:
Mom found the child and would like to cancel the previous call (police and fire responded). She was told that she could not cancel, to hang tight at her residence and police will be by shortly.
