A tenant is in a verbal argument with his landlord, and the landlord is preventing the tenant from getting to his apartment by holding the gate shut.
Update:
Evidently the drama is about a pending eviction from Section 8 housing, and the tenant is trying everything they can to avoid eviction and just terminate their lease instead, since eviction disqualifies them from future housing assistance.

A police cruiser was pelted by rocks thrown by an unknown individual(s). A car in front of them sustained some damage too.
Update:
Looks like it may have been cement mix from the
Brix
old QFC construction site. Not clear if it was accidental or intentional.
Update x2:
The ruling is accidental. A concrete pumping hose failed and a lot of wet concrete and other debris was thrown onto Broadway

Man with a Gun / Shots fired

Caller sees a man with a gun trying to kick in a door. Another caller claims to have heard a woman scream followed by a gunshot. Witnesses at the scene say the man shot at a house and then fled the scene in a black Toyota.
Update:
another caller claims the shooter is his nephew.
Update x2:
Talked to a witness at the scene who was walking in the 800 block of 23rd when she saw a car pull up, a guy get out, pull a gun out of his waistband, and go in the house. The house in question is a bit of a crime magnet on that block.
Update x3:
1:00pm The incident is over - Police let the single suspect go and have left the scene. No one arrested, no gun found, no confirmation that there were shots fired.

Are there any updates on the shooter on 23rd? My daughter is in daycare two blocks from there.
